Our policy lasts 7 days after you receive your purchase. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received and it original packaging.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Please contact us at if you have any questions.  To complete your return we require proof of purchase.  Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.  In certain situations only partial refunds are granted: Obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.  Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we send an email to notify you. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  We make some exceptions, but please email us at before purchasing if you have any questions.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  Always use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your return.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside the United States)

Please note that for international orders, you will be liable for import duties and/or customs excess on your order.  You are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.  You will be responsible for filling out any forms requested by customs in your country.  If you decide not to accept those conditions and refuse your shipment, we can offer you a refund but shipping costs will not be refunded.
